Prom is an exciting time and we’re here to help make it a night to remember! Whether you are looking for simple alterations, adding a bit of sparkle or a total restyle, the Sewing Studio will create the perfect look for you. The Sewing Studio are the recommended seamstress for a number of boutiques in the Hampshire area and have worked hard to establish an excellent reputation in the industry, so you can relax, knowing your prom dress is in safe hands.

The fitting process
You can come in for your first fitting as soon as your dress is available, but at least 8 - 10 weeks before your prom date. In your first fitting, we will discuss and measure the alterations needed.
In some cases, we are able to give a fixed price for the alterations required during your first fitting. With more bespoke alterations, a price guide will be given and the work will be charged at an hourly rate.
Your second fitting will be booked approximately 4 weeks later, when you will try the dress on again to check the alterations and look at any tweaks that maybe needed. It is sometimes necessary to book further fittings, depending on the alterations and the style of the dress, but we will discuss this with you as we go.
Prom season is a very busy time so it is important to book early to avoid disappointment.
